Barry Wilken, CFP
Barry was born in Davenport, Iowa, and graduated from St. Ambrose University. He received his Bachelor of Arts in Business and Economics. In his Junior year 1969 he began his insurance career with the State Mutual/American Group. Barry was a Million Dollar Round Table producer and became the Agency Manager in 1971. In 1972 Barry became the "Man of the Year" for his company. In 1978 Barry joined CIGNA / INA Life as the Regional Vice-President. He headed up the Personal Producing General Agents and One Com Par casualty agencies in the Western United States. Barry's region was either the number one or number two office thru 1988.
In 1988 Barry started his marketing company, Agents Insurance Sales & Service. He soon got his Certified Financial Planner designation, and expanded his business to include safe saving options, insurance, annuities and Medicare coverage.
Today Barry’s focus is on helping families fund and secure their retirement with safety, diversity and insurance. He is dedicated to making sure your retirement years are truly your golden years.
